Cancellation policy

Subscriptions renew on the 5th day of each month. If you subscribe today, your method of payment will be charged automatically on the 5th day of the month. For example, if you subscribed for your first box on the 1st of this month, your box will renew next month on the 5th.

Once renewals process, they cannot be canceled. Be sure to update your subscription status before your next renewal date.

To edit your subscription, you’ll need to activate your store account. To activate it, go here: https://dentoncove.com/account/register

Use the same email address you used for your order. After you’ve registered, you can login to your account and click, "Subscriptions". From here, you’ll be able to update payment, skip or pause boxes, and cancel.
