Shipping policy

The Basics

Depending on the item(s) ordered, delivery time can range from 1-2 weeks. If an item is on backorder, we will notify you immediately. Items may arrive separately depending on availability. We use UPS and USPS, depending on the item(s) ordered and your delivery address. We apologize that Express Delivery may not be available, depending on the items ordered, because many of our products are personalized but we will get your package out as quickly as possible, usually within 1-2 weeks. If you are in the United States but are not in the contiguous 48 states, please contact us – we may be able to ship certain items for an additional charge.

For international orders: Once items leave the United States, in most cases, we're unable to access detailed tracking information. Use the tracking number provided by your local carrier to help locate it if you think it's lost.

Standard/Economy Shipping Charges for our Continental US customers (based on order weight and box dimensions)

We charge the customer the discounted rate that each shipper charges us, which depends on the total weight and box dimensions of the package (with packaging) at the time of shipping, the method, and the carrier the customer chose at check out.

Delivery Surcharges

Because some larger items require special handling and care due to their size and/or weight, our cost to ship them is higher. These items have a delivery surcharge which we have listed on the product page when applicable. This is in addition to our regular delivery charges listed above. There are times when a surcharge is incurred due to your delivery location (usually remote locations) that isn't known until it is shipped. You may be contacted for additional amounts due.

Payment Processing

Your payment method may be authorized at the time of order placement and then charged when item(s) ship. All delivery charges will be charged upon initial shipment regardless of partial or complete order status at that time. Special Orders and items that ship directly from our suppliers are charged to your account when the order is placed but may not ship immediately. Subscription Boxes

USA subscription boxes are charged by weight and size at check out. Subscription boxes are shipped on or before the 15th of each month.

USA shipments typically take 4-10 business days to arrive once shipped. International shipments' timelines vary by location and carrier. Tracking will be provided by email once your order's shipping labels are printed.
